It’s important to note that you do not need to eat foods that contain essential amino acids in each meal, but you must get a balance in it throughout the day. But because the body could not produce essential amino acids naturally, you must always watch what you eat. The good thing is that it could be found in almost everything that we are used to eating, so it’s not hard to meet the recommended value daily. These could be readily found in our everyday food sources such as:

  • Dairy products
  • Meat
  • Eggs
  • Seafood
  • Poultry
